Dolphin Babies
Dolphin Baby classes are parent and child classes for babies and toddlers 6 months to 35 months. In these classes, swimmers will learn how to be comfortable in the water while bonding with their parent/adult.

Tadpole
Our Tadpoles are beginner swimmers. In this class, these swimmers will become more comfortable in the water while learning foundational swimming skills.

Minnow 1
Our Minnow 1’s are comfortable in the water without a floatation device and can float independently for 15 seconds. They can streamline glide and jump in and get back to the wall by themselves. In this class, swimmers will become stronger in the water by learning to kick efficiently and get a breath while swimming.
Minnow 1 Goals…

- rollover breathing while kicking

Minnow 2
Our Minnow 2’s can confidently kick on their stomach and on their back independently. They are able to kick on their stomach and can roll to their back to get a breath while continuing to kick. In this class, swimmers will begin using their arms to move through the water more efficiently.
Minnow 2 Goals…

- learning the foundations of freestyle
- rolling over to breathe while using their arms

- advanced safety jumps
Orcas
Our Orca swimmers are strong kickers on their back and stomach, can tread water for at least 30 seconds, and have started learning the basics of freestyle. Swimmers in this class will build endurance by swimming farther and learning the foundations of competitive swimming strokes.

Barracudas
Our Barracuda swimmers are strong freestyle swimmers who can breathe to the side. They are able to swim correct backstroke and can tread water for at least 60 seconds. They are able to perform correct butterfly kick while streamlining. Swimmers in this class will build endurance by swimming farther distances and will learn the basics of competitive swimming strokes.
Barracuda Goals…
- Freestyle swimming with bilateral breathing
