Group Lessons
Level 1-Tadpoles
Swimmers will learn introductory swimming skills:

- Breath control
- Submersion
- Destination swimming
- Body positioning
- Propulsion, floating and streamlining
Level 2-Minnow 1
Swimmers are comfortable in the water and are able to float independently (without a floatation device) and hold their breath for 5 seconds. These classes teach:

- Body positioning and breath control
- Rollover breathing
- Destination swimming
- Streamlining and kicking
Level 3-Minnow 2
Swimmers begin freestyle with rolling breathing and backstroke. These students learn:

- Rolling from stomach to back
- Freestyle with rolling breathing
- Streamlining on back
- Treading water
